Glomesh NZ is committed to providing excellence in their products and therefore offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Any product (except specially configured orders) which are not to your satisfaction or are any way defective should be returned in its original packing within 30 days for a full refund or replacement (excluding delivery).

We know we import, manufacture and sell the finest cleaning accessories of their type available on the market. However, we also know that that alone is not good enough. We are all aware that we must continue to sell the finest products. To do this we know that we all need to be vigilant to ensure quality standards are maintained, that no sub-standard product leaves our premises, that the high standards of service are maintained and that we are all courteous and considerate not only to our customers but to each other.
